Charlie has led a diverse portfolio of products at Best Buy and Gander Mountain leveraging his deep knowledge of vendor optimization, sourcing, P&L management, and margin enhancing strategies to deliver strong market share growth in down markets. Charlie led several successful launches of new Apple products and related accessory categories and strategies when introduced to retail.

Charlie’s insights and analytics background from the NPD Group, who provides market information, tracking, shopper insights, category management, opportunity identification, marketing evaluation analytic, and advisory services to help clients in making better business decisions, exposed him to over 150 retailers from 15 industries from apparel and electronics to toys.  He uses the Delta method of analytics to draw towards clear business outcomes, demonstrating the ability analyze data, identify business insights, and effectively communicate the findings.  His ability to cross-collaborate and deliver fact-based results that lead to business decision improvements for companies earned Charlie the role of trusted resource to clients.
